Sonya Cameron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Adjunct Professor for Life Pacific College. Her work includes teaching, writing and clinical consulting. She has served in various counseling, social work and Christian ministry roles, which has enabled her to glean a broad perspective on health. As a public speaker, Sonya presents professional development workshops to counselors and lay leaders, and offers seminars to the community and church groups.

Together, the Camerons have a rare blend of knowledge and a distinct approach. This doctor-therapist writing team has a breadth of experience and expertise to write on these valuable topics, and do so with a fresh, innovative style.
