Lisa Caldas Kappesser

Lisa is a certified career and executive coach and has a M.A. from The University of Notre Dame. She has over 20 years experience in counseling and coaching individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. Lisa works with individuals from many different industries at all levels of responsibility to change careers or to change jobs and/or industries. She is the president of EQ Coaching Solutions, whose mission is to educate organizations on the importance of emotional intelligence in career success.
