D.J. Bush

Author D. J. Bush was born and raised in Washington, D.C., our beautiful nation's capital. She began writing in the third grade often receiving praise for her short stories from teachers and librarians alike. She says she can't remember a time when she was not thinking about characters to put into a story. Her writing is very captivating and intriguing. Picking up one of her books is an absolute adventure! Never did she ever dream that people would find her unique writing style a pleasure to read. She received the Writer's Digest Honorable Mention in 2006 for her first novel Inside Me: The Softness Within. She feels there are so many more untold stories she wishes to share with the world. She states:

"I am convinced that if one follows the path of his dreams not only will he achieve it, he will find that the dream is as fulfilling as anything he ever imagined."
