Dr. Susan K. Fan has been working as a management professional in various leadership positions for companies in the Silicon Valley for the past 20 years such as Lockheed, Amdahl, Applied Materials, Silicon Graphics, and Intel Corporation. A few examples of Dr. Fan's professional experience include software design engineering,operations management, project management, international distribution channels establishment for new product marketing in Europe, Asia, and U.S.

Dr. Susan K. Fan holds a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational

Leadership from the University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies. She is currently working as an adjunct faculty with Kaplan University and Walden University.
