C. J. Harte

C.J. was born in New York but grew up in many military towns. Her father retired from the Navy and the family settled in Florida. There she received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her graduate degrees from University of Florida. Music and the arts played an important role in her university days and that love has stayed with her.

After college, C.J. became involved in civil and human rights issues and became a political activist. This resulted in a lifelong passion for justice and equality. Today she continues to work for these issues while continuing the fight for social justice.

Her romance novels try to blend strong characters, a touch of humor, and good romance.

While she calls both Wyoming an Florida home, she considers herself a citizen of the world.
