Donald A. Perrot

I was born in 1939 on Powers Bluff, near Arpin, WI, into a mixed community of Potawatomi, Winnebago, Menominee, Ojibwe, and Odawa people. I was raised speaking only those languages, and did not learn English until I went to school at the age of 6. I have been teaching the Potawatomi language, which is currently endangered, for many years now, and these publications represent some of the curriculum I present in online classes. With my wife and co-author Dolores Perrot, I author a website at www.neaseno.org which is dedicated to the revitalization of the Potawatomi language.
