Annie Leong

Annie Leong is a columnist for Hong Kong's largest Chinese newspaper, the Sing Tao Daily and its sister publications, East Week magazine and The Standard. She also spent one year as Chinese food consultant to Hong Kong's flag-carrier Cathay Pacific Airways. She has published two cookbooks (Cooking with Annie and Look and Cook with Annie) and the third, At Home with Annie, is due to be launched in early November. Her readers recognize Annie's passion and unselfish sharing of tips and secrets to make replicating her recipes successful for the home cook. Although she keeps a busy social calendar in Hong Kong with husband John, she also spends time in London and New York, where their two sons live and work. Annie is an enthusiastic traveller and relishes new experiences, and of course, tasting, learning about and trying her hand at new cuisines.
