I hold a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. For more than 25 years, I have helped organizations, staff, and couples move from conflict toward connection by combining a strong foundation in conflict resolution with modern research. I developed the Conflict Analysis Tool used in my practice. I have taught master’s-level students in the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, served as an Approved Educational Provider for the National Board for Certified Counselors, and am a Certified Facilitator for Prepare-Enrich. I have written numerous articles, authored the book Hope in the Face of Conflict, and have been interviewed on radio and television more than 20 times.
