Altivo Overo

Some people think I was born in a barn. Sometimes I wish it were true. My love for animals has always been a predominant influence in my life, art, and writing. For anyone curious about my "real" life, I'm a professional librarian, and have worked in various areas of that field for over 35 years. Yes, Altivo Overo is a pseudonym that I use specifically to identify my anthropomorphic writing. That is, fiction in which animals think and speak as humans. It's an old field of writing that is finding new life, and I'd encourage you to look at the work of my fellow writers as well. We all have different approaches to an ancient idea.
