Roger K. Allen

Roger K. Allen, Ph.D., In 1980, Roger founded and served as president of the Human Development Institute, providing thousands of hours of individual, marriage, and family therapy to a diverse client population and supervising the work of other members of the professional staff. During this time he created and taught experiential programs in personal development and family relations in a number of cities around the country.

In 1992, Roger co-founded the Center for Organizational Design to help leaders do the deep work to become a cohesive team, capable of defining the direction of the organization and rallying employees behind them to achieve outstanding and sustainable business results. He has spearheaded major executive and organizational development projects with many Fortune 500 companies.

Programs developed by Roger have helped hundreds of organizations and hundreds of thousands of people transform their personal and professional lives. More than 1200 trainers, coaches, and consultants from around the country have been certified to teach programs that Roger and his business partners have developed.

An outdoor enthusiast and father of four adult children and fifteen grandchildren, Roger resides in Cedar City Utah with his wife Judy.
