Amir Javidinejad

Dr. Amir Javidinejad recieved his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1999 with specialization in solid mechanics and design and his M.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology in composite structural analysis. He has extensive years of experience in FEA and stress analysis in various industries. He has been involved in analysis of aircraft and rotorcraft structures, military track vehicles and micro-devices. This book has been written based on his first hand experience of teaching solid mechanics and design courses with the inside knowledge of industry wide practices. He is currently a Stress Engineering Manager working on analysis and testing of secondary structures designs for various airplanes. Dr. Javidinejad is also a registered Licensed Professional Engineer.
