Jo Brielyn

Jo Brielyn is the co-author of The Greek Yogurt Diet: The Fresh New Way to Lose Weight Naturally which release in June of 2014. She is also the co-author of Combat Fat for Kids: The Complete Plan for Family Fitness, Nutrition, and Health, which released in December 2012.

Jo has a wild imagination and craves multiple outlets for her overactive mind. She believes life is full of humor, inspiration and valuable lessons and strives to embrace those characteristics in her own life, as well as in her writing. She is a book author, musician/vocalist with the Christian rock band Common Ground, former youth leader, Air Force veteran, and a self-proclaimed coffee addict.

Jo is a contributing writer for Hatherleigh Press, a publishing company devoted to educating people and encouraging healthy lifestyles, involvement in family and community, and earth-friendly choices. She has currently completed over 20 nonfiction books about health and wellness.

She is also an author with a story in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Angels Among Us. Jo is an author and poet with Twin Trinity Media and currently has works published in three of their anthologies: Elements of the Soul, Elements of Time, and Elements of Life.

Jo is the owner, admin and editor of CreativeKidsIdeas.com. She is the former host of the blog talk radio show, Will Blog for Kids, on Robin Falls Kids. She has also written articles, short stories and poetry for various online and print publications.

Jo Brielyn is also currently writing a humorous novel for middle-grade children.
