About Eric Aubrey

Eric was the founder and CEO of Red Armadillo Productions, Inc., a highly successful multimedia production company that produced programming for nationally syndicated radio, television and film.

In 2000, Eric sold Red Armadillo Productions and joined Canon Technology Solutions as Director of Enterprise Corporate Communications where he implemented a highly-advanced development environment for the creation of innovative web and application software. One outcome was the creation of a robust project management practice, which became the foundation of the Canon Technology Solutions Client Engagement Model, later adopted company-wide. Other projects resulted in quantum leaps in Web-based continuing education, organizational performance and literally, saving lives.

In 2005 Eric was named Director of Corporate Marketing for Canon and drove major improvements in internal and external communications, strategic planning, logistics, market research, competitive analysis, strategic solution planning and development, sales and management training and client development. He has partnered with Microsoft, EMC, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Dell to bring innovative solutions to his clients.

Eric attended Wilkes College, after which he toured as a professional musician. He personally created the musical scores for television programs including the series Missing Persons on ABC television, and still composes music. Eric has also written for magazines including Videography, Post, several HRM publications and co-authored the digital recording handbook, "Tools for New Times" published by Hal Leonard. Eric is currently writing a book on effective and sustained change management which will be published by John Wiley and Sons.
