Christian Jonathan Haverkampf

Dr. Haverkampf has published widely in the field of communication, including the areas of interpersonal communication, organizational communication, communication and technology, communication in law and economics, and communication theory. He is a coach and consultant for businesses and individuals and teaches communication at the American College of Communication.

As a physician and therapist he worked in outpatient and inpatient settings in leading Swiss hospitals and practices. In his work he became interested in communication and the question what makes some people and organisations more successful than others. This is when he became active as a coach, an author and a researcher in the areas of communication and coaching.

He holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College (USA), a medical doctorate from the University of Vienna (Austria) and diplomas in law and legal practice and a master in international legal practice from the College of Law of England and Wales (UK). He trained in psychiatry and psychotherapy in Switzerland and studied coaching at the University of Cambridge (UK). He works towards his ALM (Master) in Management at Harvard University (USA).

He now works full time as a personal and executive coach.
