Michael B. Bender

Mr. Bender is the son of a Pennsylvania coal miner who climbed the corporate ladder on the GI Bill. He started his career developing computer-based systems. In his over 30 year career, Mr. Bender helped polish the Hubbell Space Telescope mirror, launched a communication satellite, develop the communication infrastructure for the national weather radar system, design high-end medical equipment deployment systems, aid pharmaceutical companies, develop air traffic control systems on three continents, and automate cable television stations.

In 1996, Mr. Bender started Ally Business Developers. Seeing and experiencing both some of the best, and some of the worst management first hand, Mr. Bender presents best practices in his speeches, seminars, consulting, and books with a focus on adding value.
