Jeffrey Paul Gordon

Jeff Gordon graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1984 and completed his internal medicine residency in 1988. He practiced five years with a hospital-based cardiology group and worked another five years in private practice. From 1998 Dr. Gordon has taught internal medicine to medical students and family medicine residents at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health, which recognized him as a Distinguished Educator in 2004.

In 1998, Dr. Gordon chose to practice medicine part-time and has served as a pastor and teacher at Xenos Christian Fellowship in Columbus. He teaches at Sunday morning services, as well as mid-week theology classes. He is active in the work of Urban Concern and has a deep concern for the issue of global poverty. This summer, he is in Cambodia with his wife and daughter, serving in a medical clinic.
