I began life as a noob hacker while in high school, did a lot with Linux, was sysadmin for an ISP, and helped start a Cybercafe.

I went to Purdue University to study computer networking and had a few jobs in the lab, data center, and at a local ISP for a couple years.

I started working in Silicon Valley at a couple start-ups, namely in the content networking, identity management, and security spaces.

I helped build the SSL VPN into a #1 product at Neoteris/NetScreen/Juniper/Pulse.

Now I am doing it all over again at Zscaler, but this time, in the cloud!
