Lisa Hall

Lisa Hall is a passionate patient advocate as a result of her nearly ten-year search for the correct diagnosis and treatment of a mysterious debilitating medical condition. This passion compelled her to write Taking Charge of Your Own Health, with the help of seventy medical professionals including the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, The Joint Commission, and the American College of Surgeons.

Lisa has a B.S. degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairmont State College and an M.S. degree in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. She has over ten years experience in the Human Resources field, mostly in the area of Training and Development and is currently employed as an Organization Development Specialist. An avid runner, Lisa has completed twelve marathons and eleven ultra marathons.
