Neil Alexander-Passe

Dr Neil Alexander-Passe has dyslexia and ADHD and is a former Assistant Headteacher/special needs leader (SENDCo) in primary/secondary schools in London, UK.

He is now an exam access assessor and inclusion consultant, specialising in special needs, for the UK's Department for Education as a specialist expert adviser. He gained his Doctorate/PhD in 2018, investigating dyslexia, school-based trauma, and post-school success.

Neil has recently published four books on the ‘school to prison pipeline’. The first looks at Dyslexia and Neurodiversity, the second and third at ADHD. The fourth was on Autism Awareness.

Dr Alexander-Passe specialises in the lived experience of special needs, and has mainly researched and published regarding dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism.

His latest research area is SEND and cybercrime.
