Susan Page

Susan Page, an experienced business process improvement consultant for the computer, banking, health management, and entertainment industries, worked for a major entertainment company in Orlando, Florida for 20 years and has recently retired as Senior Manager, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

After losing her husband, Greg, she searched for a process to help her move through the grieving process, but found none. As a result, she created her own process using the content she developed to facilitate an 8-week grief forum at her local church. The topics covered in the 8-week program became the chapters in her newest book, WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR SPOUSE: A Practical Guide through the Grieving Process. Susan has now facilitated countless grief forums and met hundreds of widowed people.

Susan's popular book, THE POWER OF BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, published by the American Management Association (now HarperCollins Leadership), is now in its Second Edition.

Susan wrote a WORKBOOK to complement her business process improvement book. It is a great to use with the Kindle version of the book.

Susan earned a BSBA from Boston University and a MSCIS from the University of Phoenix. As a guest speaker, she has spoken at business process conferences, executive training seminars, and strategy seminars.
