Leasa Brouillard

Leasa Brouillard was born in Fairfield, Iowa and grew up in and around Persia, Iowa. She attended Tri-Center Community Schools and graduated in 1991. While at Tri-Center she met and was inspired by a freshman English teacher that encouraged her to write and to publish works. Brouillard went on to Dana College in Blair, Nebraska where she graduated with degrees in art and education. In 2004 her father struck ill with cancer which caused her daughter Chloe to pray for healing. As Brouillard's father got worse and not better, Chloe began to ask questions of God. Leasa Brouillard wrote these questions down and after the death of her father in 2005, she wrote Chloe's Prayer and developed a workbook that would allow parents and children a chance to discuss questions that they may have regarding a loss of a loved one. Chloe's Prayer is a great gift book or an addition to any family collection.
