Christian A. Dumais

Christian A. Dumais is an American writer, editor, and stand-up comedian living in Wroclaw, Poland. He's written sketch comedy, journalism, comic strips, comic books, short stories, books, academic articles, and more.

His first collection of short stories, EMPTY ROOMS LONELY COUNTRIES, was published in 2009. He also created, edited, and contributed to COVER STORIES, a euphictional anthology of 100 stories inspired by songs, published in 2010.

Christian is best known for creating Twitter’s @DRUNKHULK, an internet and pop culture sensation that accumulated nearly 200,000 followers. Drunk Hulk has been featured in various publications like Time, Rolling Stone, and Huffington Post, and mentioned on NPR, Comedy Central, and MTV. A collection of Drunk Hulk's tweets with exclusive behind-the-scenes material was published as SMASHED: THE LIFE AND TWEETS OF DRUNK HULK in 2012.

His other books included GO WEST, KILLING IT - a collection of scary and hilarious short stories - and FAILED PILOT. His latest book NOTES FROM PARASPACE dropped in August 2023.

He is currently working on a serialized horror novel called FINAL, which will begin in late 2024.
