Andrea Marks Carneiro

Andrea Marks Carneiro is a freelance writer and editor based in South Florida. She has contributed to national and regional media including TALK, WE! Television, Modern Bride Florida, JuliB.com, SouthFloridaCEO, Petitefashionista.com and Miami Modern Luxury.

Her first book, "Jewish Cooking Boot Camp," was inspired by her close-knit group of friends, all of whom came to the sudden realization that though they love to celebrate, they were ill-prepared to host Jewish holiday celebrations. Armed with her mom's family recipes and stacks of research, she set out to create the ultimate starter guide for aspiring hosts and hostesses and inspire families to throw out the old rules and create traditions of their own.
