LES LIVINGSTONE is the MBA Program Director in Economics, Finance and Accounting at the University of Maryland University College, a leading internet university with 95,000 students, including 2,600 MBA students. He earned MBA and Ph.D. degrees at Stanford University and is a CPA (licensed in NY and TX).
Since 1991 he has directed his own consulting firm, specializing in Damage Estimation for large-scale Commercial Litigation and in Business Valuation. He has served as a Consulting or Testifying Expert in many cases, and has testified in Federal and State courts in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, and Texas. He has also testified before Federal government agencies including the FTC, FERC, as well as the Public Utilities Commission of Texas.
