Mary Ann Bopp

Mary Ann Bopp blends 22 years of corporate education, training, performance consulting and project management experience and 10 years of management accounting experience to achieve business success.

Ms. Bopp is Manager, Career Development at IBM Corporation. She is responsible for many career development programs including:

• A new effort in deploying an enterprise-wide career framework for all IBM employees that focuses on client-valued capabilities.

• The global Corporate Mentoring program available to all employees

• A formal learning program that focuses on creating opportunities for experiential, on-the-job learning

• The overall career development process for IBM employees that includes individual development planning for short and long term career needs

Ms. Bopp earned a master of science degree in educational psychology from Fordham University, a master of business administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), and a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Siena College.
