Tom Swartz

Tom Swartz, former president of the Florida Writers Foundation, has written seven novels, several non-fiction publications, and dozens of published short stories. Through his publishing company, Black Oyster Publishing, he features worthy Florida authors and republishes significant old books in clean, crisp editions.
