Kirk Forbes

Kirk Forbes was born in 1952 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and grew up in Florida, Michigan and Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with an MBA degree in 1974. Over 35 years his work experience included sales, company management and finally as a professional aviator (commercial jet pilot). He lives in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife of 35 years, Brenda. They have three children, Megan, Kristen and Eric. His first book, Love, Kristen, is a tribute to his 23 year old daughter, Kristen, who was fresh out of college with a promising career and then diagnosed with advanced cervical cancer. The book received the prestigious 2009 Next Generation Indie Book Finalist Award for Women's Issues. He wrote the book in the hope it will help eradicate cancer.
