Vicki Bryant was saved by the grace of Jesus Christ on February 14, 1996 and has served Him since that day. She is the author of three books, "For Such a Time as This..." a daily devotional released in 2007; and "About Face!" a guide to a more committed walk with Christ released February, 2009; and A Transforming Journey--a teaching devotional. She is a Christian Speaker and Dramatist, Bible teacher and proud grandmother to her three lovely grandchildren. Bryant's offbeat sense of humor and rather dramatic personal testimony makes her a popular speaker in the mid-Michigan area.

"About Face!" is a book written by Vicki that talks about the lack of true Biblical teachings in the modern church. Vicki makes a great point when she says that the Christians of today are basically indistinguishable from secular society, and I believe, as Vicki does, that this is due to the lack of Biblical foundations that should be taught in our church. I love my church, but I can't remember the last time I left a service feeling spiritually fed by the word of God. they read a couple of scriptures, and then you don't hear anything remotely resembling true teachings of the meanings of the scripture. Hello Vicki, I was in your store last Saturday looking for a devotional book to give to my sister in law for her birthday. The gal at the store showed me your book and I bought it. I looked it over and decided I had to keep it for myself so I did. I'm so glad I did as I have been blessed by it every time I read it.
