Shawn Collins

Shawn Collins’ career is defined by his passion for writing and his expertise in affiliate marketing. His writing journey began in suburban Maryland, where he started a U2 fanzine and founded “The Greek Times” at the University of Maryland. After a brief period pursuing writing in New York City, Shawn shifted his focus to the emerging field of affiliate marketing.

He quickly made a name for himself, securing a regular, paid column covering the industry for the online publication ClickZ. This platform led to a book contract with Que Publishing to write Successful Affiliate Marketing for Merchants (2000). In 2003, Shawn co-founded the Affiliate Summit conference, establishing it as a premier industry event. He further supported this initiative by co-founding FeedFront Magazine and serving as Editor-in-Chief for 50 issues.
