Tamsin Reeves

Tamsin Reeves was born in Sheffield some time ago and left Britain as soon as she could, to teach in Nigeria, Kuwait, Sri Lanka and Ghana. Along the way she picked up a husband and produced four children. She also worked in Pakistan on a leprosy programme, with Hazara Afghan colleagues, an experience which spawned 'A Place of Safety.' On her return to the UK she completed an MA in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University in 2005 and worked on the editorial committee to produce the MA anthology, 'Sparks.' She has had a short story, poems and a haiku highly commended in competitions, most recently in 'The New Writer', and is now working on a novel set in Ghana, whilst earning her living as a literacy lecturer in a college.
