She focused on reclaiming forgotten knowledge and know-how with an emphasis on breastfeeding, milk production, and maternal health. In 2000, she earned her certification as a Holistic Lactation Consultant in Switzerland. That same year, she co-founded the first online group for mothers with supply issues, becoming a trusted resource for mothers seeking support and guidance. Recognizing the profound impact of birth trauma and breastfeeding grief on many mothers, Hilary expanded her expertise by obtaining certification in hypnotherapy in 2013.
