N.K. Stevens

Nancy Stevens, a retired middle school science teacher, author, illustrator, and gifted communicator, is passionate about introducing Jesus to those who haven’t heard the Good News, and challenging those who know Him to let God transform their lives.

Known for her unusual ability to connect honestly and deeply with her audience, Nancy speaks at her church, Restoration Covenant in Round Rock, TX, Women’s Retreats, Church Conferences and Teacher Training Seminars. She has battled through eating disorders and persevered through marital crisis. She and her husband, Doug, present together at Marriage Retreats and Family Camps. Nancy also takes on an occasional acting/singing opportunity.

Nancy and Doug moved to Round Rock, Texas a few years ago to be near two of their 3 children and four grandchildren. They return to California frequently to hang out with their youngest daughter and her husband and three kids. They enjoy riding the bike trails along Brushy Creek, exploring the vast state of Texas, and international travel. Nancy also enjoys working out in the pool, discussing ideas with her book club and spending time with her grandkids.

Nancy grew up in Walnut Creek, California and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
