As the author of "Turn Enemies Into Allies: The Art of Peace in the Workplace" and "Unlikely Teachers: Finding the Hidden Gifts in Daily Conflict," I've worked with countless managers and supervisors, teaching self-management under pressure and appreciation of other viewpoints. I've been told my programs are interactive, experiential and energetic.

I founded Power & Presence Training in 1993, which provides conflict, communication, and presentation skills training to individuals and organizations.
