Jack Dixon lives in Delaware, USA.

His first highly rated novel, The Pict, won the 2008 Eric Hoffer Book Award (Notable) for the General Fiction category, Honorable Mention for Fiction at the 2007 London Book Festival, and the 2007 iUniverse Book Reviews Award for Cover Design.

The Pict tells the tale of a reluctant tribal leader who is called to defend the ancient Pictish tribes against Rome's invasion of the dark, formidable Highland reaches of Pictavia, in its effort to finally conquer the whole of the British island.

Jack's second novel, Jerusalem Falls, was published in April, 2012. The sweeping saga takes an idealistic young Templar knight on a journey through struggles, commitment, and eye-opening realizations of the hidden truths behind Christianity's ill-fated quest to conquer and forever possess the birthplace of their faith.
