Joanne Liggan

Joanne Liggan is a novelist, nonfiction author, public speaker, and the founder of the Hanover Writers Club and the Hanover Book Festival. Her novels, Heir of Deception, Air of Truth, and Err At Sea are a family saga romantic suspense trilogy. She is also a writer of award-winning short fiction and nonfiction and has been an active member of the Board of Governors for the Virginia Writers Club for over 24 years. Her latest release is the fourth of a series of seven Bible study guides of the New Testament, F.A.C.T.S. Bible Study Guide Book 4. Liggan lives in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
