Atul Uchil

Atul Uchil describes himself as a husband, father and world-traveler who views his professional career as a necessary means to make a living. After 29 years in the corporate world, Atul decided to devote the rest of his life to helping you and others like you achieve their full potential through targeted motivation programs.

Professionally, Dr. Uchil is an entrepreneur, business-owner and award-winning author embodying almost three decades of management and consulting experience. Prior to founding The Uchil Group and Uchil, LLC in 2004, Atul spent over nineteen successful years in a variety of senior management roles for several large multinational corporations. In addition to his PhD, he also holds an MBA, and BSEE. Dr. Uchil's doctoral degree is apostilled by US Secretary of State, General (Ret.) Colin L. Powell and bears his signature and seal.

Atul also served on the board of Directors for Young Ladies of Tomorrow, Inc. a DC based non-profit organization from 2004 thru 2008. He also served on the Board of Advisors for The Data Research Group, Inc., a Northern Virginia based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business from 2004-2007.
