Barry D. Yelton

Barry Yelton is a long time student of the Civil War and a writer. He is a North Carolina native, holds a degree in political science with minors in history and English. He lives in the foothills of North Carolina with his wife, and just completed the sequel to Scarecrow in Gray, A Civil War Novel, entitled Season of the Crow, A Novel of the Civil War Reconstruction Era.

My publisher is Strider Nolan Media, of Philadelphia.

Other works include On Wings of Gentle Power, a collection of poetry, with photos by author Al Past. He has also written short stories for the Visions series of books from Strider Nolan Publishing.
