Michael F. Andrew

Michael is the former Chief Talent Officer, Executive Committee member, Board Advisor and Board Committee Member for a privately held company owned by members of the Royal Family in Saudi Arabia. He worked closely with the CEOs of the operating companies to institutionalize human capital and talent management practices and coach the senior executives in these companies. Previously, Michael was the Group Vice President for Talent Management and Leadership Development for Emirates Telecommunications Corporation based in United Arab Emirates. Currently, Michael is a Corporate Advisor responsible for senior leadership succession and executive appointments for Saudi Telecom where he also provides executive coaching upon demand. Years prior, Michael was a McKinsey Coach and Leadership Development Consulting Partner with global and Fortune 500 firms. He was also the head of the Global Leadership Institute with Rockwell Automation. Michael earned his B.S. in Business from University of Massachusetts - Lowell, MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, and a post-MBA Certificate in Advanced Management Studies from Babson College. He has published numerous articles in leading journals and has published three books: 1) "How To Think Like a CEO and Act Like a Leader" (2008) which was featured on Fox Morning News; 2) "The Greatest Leader He Ever Saw" published in 2016, and "Saudi Arabia: The Impressive Truth - experiencing the goodness and values inside the Kingdom" published in 2024.
