His journey began in youthful days when he read the Bible and many spiritual books. Afterwards he traveled the World researching different Religions and Philosophies to find the common thread. He was guided through the holy sites of Cuzco, Machu Picchu and Nazca in Peru; The Thor and Stonehenge in England; Lourdes in France; Indonesia; Monasteries in China; Holy Lands of Israel, and the many religions and Gods of India.

For many decades Oliver, on his search, humbled himself at the feet of many Priests, Rabbis, Gurus, Yogis and Sri Sathya Sai Baba of Puttaparthi, learning and absorbing their wisdom and teachings. With constant introspection, prayer, meditation, and practice, it took 9 years to complete this book of 31 short, deeply-engaging chapters.
