Demetria M. Keys

Demetria M. Keys was born in Chicago, Illinois and reared under the watchful eye of two no-nonsense parents. In her youth, amidst a home where her parents preached respect for one’s elders and speaking when spoken to, Demetria found her voice through the creation of original poetry, stories, and songs. In the quiet of her bedroom, creativity emerged in and through her life’s details. Driven by faith and inspired by God, Keys seeks to entertain, encourage, enlighten, and uplift. She gifts her readers with her story, born from her heart’s condition and passion for reaching, restoring, and resuscitating others with words.
