She has two adult children, a devoted husband and an adorable poodle.
Her clients include Schneider Electric, Aflac, Hewlett-Packard, 7-Eleven, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Susan B. Her career in high tech customer service culminated in the publication of her first book, called "Spectacular Support Centers: Best Practices for Small to Mid-Sized Help Desks and Technical Support Centers," available here on Amazon.com.
Then, Kristin turned her attention to the passion of her life: bringing spiritual values into the workplace. Her second book reveals the depth of her commitment to helping people with their personal and spiritual growth. It is called, "A Forgiveness Journal: Letting Go of the Past," (available here on Amazon.com) and describes a seven-step process of forgiveness. Kristin believes that you are the primary beneficiary when you forgive someone, and then the benefit ripples outward to touch others. By practicing forgiveness, we can change the world.
Ms. Robertson's third book, Your Company Culture Ecosystem: Growing a Vibrant Business was published in February, 2017. A second edition, entitled Happy Mondays: Create a Company Culture in which People are Excited to Come to Work! was published in September, 2019.
