Laura Bingham

A Master's degree in Education, a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a life filled with teens has given me the sense of wonder and passion for life needed to take on the art of writing YA and middle grade novels. Alvor was my first novel and was released May, 2009. Since then the sequel Wings of Light and the last book of the trilogy Dipped in Dark was released as the final installment.

I have another book, Dancing with Black that has a contemporary feel while testing the waters of slight science fiction.

In my backyard stands a dance studio where I teach youth of all ages the lesser known, but much loved sport of clogging. I live in Boise with my husband and five children, including my own set of boy/girl twins.

It is true that with every book, I still feel that I am only in the beginning of this journey. Thanks for coming along with me.
