Ned Tillman has just released his latest novel, GOOD ENDEAVOUR, an engaging historical fiction piece based on the loss of his family's 300-year-old homestead in Joppa - just outside of Baltimore Maryland.
The book offers a fascinating look at how the diverse members of the Joppa community might have struggled with social, environmental, and economic issues down through the generations. There is a lot to be learned from the colorful, composite characters that provide a rich perspective on the issues we face today.
Ned is a native Marylander, having lived in Harford, Baltimore, and Howard Counties. He is an Earth and environmental scientist, and the award-winning author of four books dealing with the nexus of humans with nature. He speaks on a variety of environmental and historical topics.
