Robert J. Wetherall

Robert Wetherall's varied career spans an entire gamut of activities--all centered in the challenging arena of communication arts: Via the printed word, television and radio; in the fields of advertising, sales promotion, television and broadcast production; in commercials, screenplays, radio scripts, magazine, newspaper articles and entertaining novels.

Wetherall's beginnings included a 10-year as news reporter and writer at the nation's most listened-to CBS broadcasting station. He polished his writing and creative chops during 23 years as a creative supervisor and television producer/writer at a top-25 advertising agency. Thereafter Wetherall led a large creative team in his role as Executive Creative Director at agencies in the Midwest and as Managing Director of a major design group in Sydney, Australia.

His expanded interest in communications led to a storied radio career as the top-rated music host at the leading radio station in Palm Springs, California

FOREVER ANDREW is Wetherall's most recent novel (more about Andrew elsewhere on this page)--followed later in 2010 by LAST FLIGHT HOME, the striking saga of a young girl who was borne to fly.

Wetherall lives in suburban Shorewood, Minnesota--a lake country village where he indulges in his favorite activities--boating, fishing, working on ancient cars and, of course, writing.
