James L. Coffin

I am a professor of anthropology and emeritus director of International Programs at Ball State University, Indiana. As an anthropologist, my interests focus on culture change dynamics that come into being when political and economic policies of developed (First World) societies impact the cultures and societies of Third World groups. I am also a keen observer of world politics and gravely concerned about the impending crises in Ukraine and throughout the Middle East.
