John B. Lovis

John B.Lovis, a native of Winchester and Lexington, Massachusetts, graduated in 1956 from Norwich University, Northfield Vermont, with a B.S. Degree in Engineering Management. He joined Bethlehem Steel Corporation that year and was assigned to the Blast Furnace Department at Sparrows Point, Maryland. In 1963 he was transferred to the home office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Over the next 32 years he held various positions in Bethlehem's Corporate Engineering and Planning Departments. In 1995 he retired as Director -Strategic Planning. He resides with his wife Lois near Emmaus, Pennsylvania
