Kenneth Briggs

Kenneth Briggs attended California State University at Sacramento after returning home from Vent Nam. Then he held a position manufacturing phamacuticles. After he retired he WS finally able to pursue his life long dream of writing. Sarah, my Sarah is debut novel. He plans to spend the rest of his time writing books.
