JOANNE BRASIL is a writer living in Salem, MA. She has worked as a news reporter for the Brattleboro, VT Reformer, was a columnist for Poets & Writers and a letter-writer for Smithsonian magazine. She was the host of the WBUR Boston Public Radio program, The Practical Philosopher. She is currently Executive Editor for Brown Fedora, a writers' consortium.
