Michael J. Sauter

I am an Associate Professor of History at the University of Suffolk in the United Kingdom. I teach world history, intellectual history, historical methods, and thesis seminars. I study the early modern period in both Europe and Latin America. Currently, my main research themes are the history of spatial thought, the history of libraries, and the history of visual culture.
