Tammy Gallagher (formerly Lynch) is a functional nutrition practitioner and former successful real estate broker and building contractor. She has a few specialties: health and wellness, sales training and coaching, business practices, and pickleball.
Tammy was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2011 and after leading quite an unhealthy life, this diagnosis changed her perspective and was ironically a blessing in disguise. She realized that she needed to change her ways if she wanted to live a long healthy life. She weighed over two hundred pounds in her past, and her modo regarding food was if it wasn't microwavable, she didn't have time to make it. So microwaved food, fast food, and restaurants were her way of life as it related to nutrition and being on the road 4 to 5 days a week, was her business lifestyle.
She realized that she was trading her health for money, and left the residential development industry in 2018, returned to college, trimmed down to under 140 pounds, inceased her physical activity, and now enjoys a much healthier life in her 50's.
She instructs pickleball part time when she's not working on her publishing business, or managing her weight loss clinic, plays tennis and likes to snowboard.
Previously, Tammy was a certified principal instructor for the University of Housing for the following courses: Institute for Residential Marketing (IRM) Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers and Marketing Strategies, Plans, and Budgets, and the Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) course House Construction as a Selling Tool.
She was the first female president of the Home Builders Association of Manatee, FL. Tammy also has received many home building industry achievement awards. She is a life director of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, trustee of the IRM 2004-2007, former builder director for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and past president of the Florida Home Builders Foundation. She still maintains a NC and SC real estate broker's license.
Tammy enjoys most being able to speak to groups about how faith and belief in the power within can change lives. She has written other books on the subject, including The Mastery of Abundant Living and Today's Master Key.
